Screening and panel locations
SCAD Atlanta is the university's main academic facility in Atlanta. The 312,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1956 and was the headquarters of iXL, an internet services and consulting company, prior to SCAD moving into the facility in late 2004. The university held its first classes here in March 2005.
Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, SCADshow is the university's premier theater space in the city. The venue was built in 1986 as the Academy Theatre. SCAD acquired it in December 2013 and, after a whirlwind five-week renovation, rededicated it as SCADshow.
SCAD Digital Media Center
The SCAD Digital Media Center is an expansive, 60,000-square-foot facility that enables students to work and train in a real-world studio environment, creating experimental, immersive and interactive pieces using the latest in technology. It also houses academic majors within the School of Digital Media and the School of Entertainment Arts.
SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film
Within nearly 10,000 square feet of elegant and adaptable exhibition space, SCAD FASH offers a dynamic and distinct schedule of fashion-focused exhibitions and compelling films. In addition to gallery talks, lectures and screenings, SCAD FASH is an international stage for student and alumni design showcases, fashion shows and exhibitions.
Parking is free for all SCAD aTVfest attendees at SCAD Atlanta, 1600 Peachtree St. NW.
Free shuttles will run throughout the day between festival venues. A parking garage is available near SCADshow for a fee.
